Thank you for your insight. What is interesting from what you said, last night during one of these hallucination I saw an ant. Could this be my animal totem? How do I know it is and what does it mean to having an ant as one?

it’s possible or it could just be a symbolic animal visitor. See we have totems and then we have visitors. Visitors help us currently on our journey but they aren’t your animal spirit, your shapeshifting animal  energy. For instance i keep seeing crickets! And the other week i kept seeing different types of butterflies and strange birds but i know it’s not my animal totem, just a little visitor :)

Ant: Patience, Order, Discipline

The Ant

The ant is very industrious. Some ants are solitary but most are part of a large community. Within the community there is a repertory of activities and behaviors. Their activities include gathering and hunting. Within a community each ant knows its place and performs its duties with total loyalty to the whole.

Worker ants are excellent architects and can  show us how to construct our dreams into reality. Ants are very persistent and can teach this skill as well.

The power of ant medicine is teamwork. Each ant will do its part to ensure the survival and health of the whole colony, regardless of the role it has been assigned. If ant has to fight, it will; if ant has to dig tunnels, it will; if ant has to carry leaves for miles, it will,  all for the good of the community.

Ants are selfless servants always looking out for their fellow ant. They focus on the best outcome for the community and teach the art of self sacrifice and true service. The queen ant has wings and the ability of flight until fertilized. Once fertilized she pulls off her own wings sacrificing her own flight for the birth of a newborn. Although there is a caste system within the ant community all ants honor and respect each other and work for the common good.

Ants are tireless workers and hunters and teach the art of perseverance and patience in all that they do. Those with this totem will find that many of their life lessons will involve the mastery of patience in some way.

Ant medicine is subtle yet powerful. It teaches us how to release our egos and aligns us with the virtue of equality. Imagine what the world would be like if humanity held and applied the values that the ant expresses. The next time you step on, squash, injure or kill an ant intentionally, ask yourself why you are choosing to destroy the unconditional love that the ant shares so freely. Valuable insights about yourself and your history can be learned from this tiny little totem.

how does universal energy enter human brain

Everything is vastly connected however we don’t always see or realize this. Every cell in your body is connected to the universe. you are made of energy, everything has energy, the universe is alive. As we are moving through these shifts, the universal energy is changing because we’re moving through the dimensions and merging them together Our chakras are opening and expanding with a lot more crystalline energy. Each chakra is a spinning vortex, energy receptor that gathers energy. We basically live in a blackhole universe which is made as a double torus, likewise your body is technically a blackhole and your aura is made like a torus which gives and receives energy, back and forth. 

Through the solar flares, the changing points of the earth, the earth’s ionosphere is changing, everything is connected so what is changing to the ionosphere, is changing the biosphere and eventually changing the noosphere which is composed of our mental mind sheath aka grounding collective consciousness, group consciousness. So through the misalignment of time and the imbalance of energy, too much masculine energy was gathered but not intergrated which is what is happening right now. We are being given, downloaded information, knowledge and memories as if we’re a computer who’s about to get an update in their software program through our chakras and our auric system. 

Therefore the universal energy is innate inside of us but through the impact of the shift we are also being given more crystalline divine feminine energy which is causing the change of perception and consciousness through our chakras/soul/higher self/ consciousness awareness. 

Everything is connected within the multiverse of reality :)

Hi! Today I noticed that I had liked 33,333 things on my blog. I rarely look at it. I came here and read your numerology texts, about 3 and it's curious, because 3 has always been my favorite number and I also associate 3 with red, don't know why. All number sequence codes act as mind triggers that help awaken our energy and consciousness into higher perceptional reality. Once you start seeing them, your higher self kicks in and translates it for you, if you start seeing one number you will eventually start to see more and the more you move in awareness the depth of synchroncity will increase as you flow through life. it’s interesting yours started at 33 usually it’s always 11. the gateway, the vision.

I was meditating in the moonlight last night and I got a warm tingling sensation in my crown area. I felt like I was downloading some information, image after image was coming to me. I'm not sure what it all means. Thanks for your help.

You probably were! A lot of new energy is in the air lately, if it doesn’t make sense now  don’t worry just be patient and trust the universe for  it holds the divine abundance of our internal gifts of awareness.

Hi, I've been agonizing over making a decision for the past two years! I've been praying for "clarity" and to see the "truth" within myself but I'm still conflicted... Do you think that if I keep seeing "signs", it's the universe leading me towards the best path path? I know the answers should come from within but do you think these "signs" are really the answers that I already know inside?? THANKS!

Let me tell you a secret, you are ALWAYS on the right path. We keep looking for a direction and stressing about how to find the right path in life, the right career, the right action, the right major, the right philosophy on life but you aren’t going to get ANYWHERE unless you stop thinking and feel. You ARE the direction. You are always on the right path because you exist eternally within the NOW moment, right here, right now. there is no leading. there is just  being. People make life so freaking complicated and we all do it because well it’s life and we’re made to make mistakes and stress about our own lives. However the problem is just this, it is not ever about where we are going, it’s how we get there. The answer lies in the journey not the destination. If you are alive today, you are on the right path right now. 

i can’t tell you the answer because it’s within you. stop over analyzing the decision and looking for clarity because you ARE clarity. What happens with our mind is we keep searching and searching, looking for this place, trying to fill the void, trying to find the truth, searching and searching for who we want to be, how we want to get successful, how we want to make the moolah, how we want to get somewhere, we spend so much energy on HOW we’re supposed to get there but never enough time on the present moment of being. Who we are today, is how you achieve greatness. It doesn’t reside in tomorrow, you won’t find clarity next sunday. you find clarity today. 

It’s part of our nature, we overthink, we over rationalize, we stress about the future to the point where it brings anxieties and fears, we ‘re so worried about getting this done and that done, well i have to go the bank and i have to finish this ten page paper, but i’m also in the middle of traffic right now so i should be focusing on driving…we  ALL do it. 

This is one thing i learned in yoga that really spoke to me. When we go to yoga, you get yelled at if your eyes are open. It’s silly i know but think about it. When you have your eyes open to everything, your ego goes on full blast it says all sorts of nonsense, ‘gosh i’m not pretty as her, i can’t believe he’s wearing that, well i need to get to the bank before five, i bet i can do that pose better than her, etc. etc. then what happens? 

You. lose. FOCUS. 

you mess up, you’re not even thinking of the movement or pose anymore because your mind is so clouded in thought. the same thing happens in life all the time. 

True clarity comes from not thinking. 

When you close your eyes, everything goes away, you go inside yourself. Inside the moment of now. you realize that i don’t need to be looking at others because it isn’t my path, it isn’t my business, my truth resides INSIDE. inside the stillness. 

Truth and peace comes from the silence. not the overthinking, not the agonizing decisions. 

You are always on the right path. because you’re here. right now. being. 

These signs are just metaphorical reminders that you are a multidimensional being. They’re helping you remember who you are and that everything happens for a reason. 

So when you read this message, i want you to just stop for a moment and clear your thoughts. Focus on your breathing and close your eyes. That is where you will find clarity…

I also highly suggest The power of the Now by Eckhart Tolle, it’s an excellent book on learning to stay present and keeping a stillmind.

Greetings, I love your page. Simply beautiful. My question is, I have a pretty stressful job, and my boss doesn't have great energy. Actually, her energy is can be quite toxic. And we work closely together. It affects me greatly. My sign is Cancer. How can I avoid her negative energy and keep mines positive and protected?

by staying in the positive and keeping your own vibrations high and mighty. Stay in the current of love and understanding, realize your boss’s own inner bitterness and negative vibes reside within her own turmoil of herself. Remember words are powerful creatures so what we think we become, don’t let her energy be toxic to you, block that energy, shield it, create an ethereal bubble that bounces the negative energy away from you, call on your guides and angels to help you out. If your work environment is toxic to you, maybe it’s time to leave and find a better place where you can be happy and be you. Being in a stressful job can not only be bad for the soul but it’s also bad for your health, we don’t want to feed stress and if it’s to the point where you’re miserable, maybe it’s time for a change. I used to be in a lot of miserable jobs and it was awful, now i’m in a place where everyone likes eachother, no drama, the energy is good there and even the customers are nice. If you don’t want to leave find ways that you can change your toxic environment back into something beautiful and happy for you. Also being a cancer, you’re a watery emotional in depth type of person, very sensitive to others around you so this would amplify when in place of other negative auras. De-stressify your life, don’t worry, just be. When in despair, remember the breathe and remember who you are

Occasionally when I am dreaming/sleeping, I become aware that my eyes were open. (I am not sure if my eyes opened a few moments before I realize they were or if they were open the whole time.) But for a few minutes or even seconds of being aware, I find myself hallucinating to the point I think it’s real, but I know/sense it isn’t a dream. I can see that the figures/images are in my room. I actually have no idea why this occurs. I am hoping you can shed some light for me.

It’s almost as if your mind is merging with the dream world, your perception is shifting so when you think about it your mind is finding a hard time distinguishing what is real the dream world or the real world because they are actually very linked within the multiverse. Our soul is multidimensional and as we are awakening to the energy shifts our perception of reality is also shifting. The fact is trying to distinguish between the illusion and the reality of perception of what is real. Is all we really see but a dream within a dream?  

there are usually two reasons you can hallucinate, one you’re very ungrounded and two we’re being given metaphorical visions through the spiritual realm. the trick is  figuring out what is the illusion and the projection in the first place what does it mean to you? Pay attention when this happens because usually there’s a symbolic intepretation when this happens. this is how i met my animal totem :) This is actually quite normal, i sometimes experience this too, it’s another reason why our dreams have become so lucid and vivid lately. it’s almost like tripping without actually tripping lol

I feel as though there will be something big that will happen to me on my birthday October 11th. Is there a spiritual side to birthdays when they are in the months close to ascension? I have been hearing something from my spirit guides that autumn is going to be a big change. I thought possibly that on my birthday that I am going to have a big awakening moment. Can that happen? Because I always feel birthdays are a very powerful day. What do you think? I'd love to hear what you have to say <3

i also consider birthdays to be powerful, i can’t say personally what could happen to you but i always feel that my anniversary of the solar return is always important. Age doesn’t really matter it’s just a number but what matters is the experiences and memories that we cherish and  have within ourselves. It’s a point of inner transition because your soul is transiting over the solar cycle of the sun. if you get into astrology, your birth month and date tells a lot about your own personality and soul. Looking into your natal chart is a great way to access this information, such as on astro.com or cafeastrology. there’s a neat book my indigo friend recommended to me called ‘spiritual astrology’ which talks about the basis of birth charts, spirituality connected to astrology. 

Is there a spiritual side to birthdays what they are closer to the months of ascension? I honestly have no idea, it’s possible, i truly sense that everything is going to get a lot more rocky soon and the closer we get to zero point the more the world will  be shifting and dramatically changing because we are breaking the barriers and old structures of the paradigm to make way for the new earth. 

Of course i can’t say for certain because this is all future speak which is very convoluted but I have also been getting a lot of sychroncity patterns, numerous people keep telling me that september through november are going to be BIG shifts in consciousness, a lot more knowledge will come to the surface, we’re going to be learning much, our transformation of spiritual growth is expanding more and more into the energies of the unknown. We’re reaching closer to the point of zero where we reach the end of novelty which Terence Mckenna talks a lot about in his documentary Time Wave Zero and his other mass works. 

Anyway i think we’re all going to start having those knowledge bombs and aha moments very soon again. It’s almost like it’s been stagnant for awhile, hasn’t it? I feel it’s about to change big time.

Personally, this week has brought on many synchronicities at my job. Just form today and yesterday ther ehave been multiple instances where I or the people that I'm with just say what the other is thinking. Earlier today I had a friend tell me she had deja vu from a dream she had almost two years ago. The dream manifested itself in the situation we were involved in. Are we on the right track maybe? :) Love your blog btw!

oh yes we’re always on the right track, i think that’s part of the shift we’re all experiencing, our minds are trying to decide what is right and what is easy, it reminds me of the other day when i think i was accidentally channeling or it was my higher self kicking into gear. Quite frankly i just blamed it on being exhausted because i haven’t been working on channeling it quite some time but i heard a voice and it said ‘‘you have to make a choice between what is you feel is right and what you feel as easy, go deep into what you choose’

We have to go deep inside ourselves and go in there with all consequences to be cleared of the past so we can make way for the new divine crystalline energies.

It’s truly an integration shift, our minds are merging with our hearts to create the bridge to the spiritual world. I’ve also been experiencing the ‘you just said what i was thinking’ it happened with my coworker a few times and with my love. hehe Telepathy believe it or not is getting much stronger and easier to channel. Our deja vu experiences are teaching us to go through internal lessons and spiritual conscious shifts. 

We’re always on the right path ;)

Thank you for your response/post about the blue moon and coming month bringing energy shifts around us. I've been having a pretty tough week, almost for no reason, and have been tearing up one second and feeling close to bursting with emotion to feeling calm and ok with everything the next. It's reassuring to know that there might be an outside cause of this and that I just have to roll with it. :) My birthday is Sept 23 and I feel some big changes coming up in the next month or so! Namaste!

You’re very welcome! it’s amazing how we’re all feeling the same way this week, it’s a beautiful comfort to know that you are never alone ever. We’re definitely experiencing a shift right now and it makes sense too that it would be an emotional rollercoaster when you think about it because the act of dna changes is driven by the shift of emotions because the higher the emotion the higher the vibration your aura will give off. such as loving thoughts are very high vibration and angry/hatred ego thoughts are more dense vibration. we’re doing some mega-releasing possibly even from past lives, hang in there :)

Keep riding the infinite wave, i also feel big changes are coming on the winds of transition.

Namaste:)) I’m in law school this year, i’m so excited and happy because i really like it.the only thing is not really cool are my classmates. they get me judging all day long. they get calling me of crazy hippie and gypsy as if i were an alien.i feel they aren’t acting this way to hurt me, but it’s starting to get boring.i’m very peaceful but the connotation of them is rude.one moment a girl told me “be normal today, right?” only because i’m a kind person even with strangers. Congrats on getting into law school that’s awesome! For one i would find it an absolute honor to be called a hippie or gypsy, hippies are great, they respect the earth and its people. I know it’s extremely hard especially when you’re in school but you have to let others opinions of you fly in my ear and out the other. You’re resonating at a higher vibration and some individuals are still stuck in the duality thinking of 3d where their egos are running their lives rather than their true heart and soul. So all these insults they are horribly inflicting on you are actual projections of how they feel about themselves. For what is on the inside is what is projected out so say they are making fun of your looks, it’s because they themselves are battling their own issues of self-worth, beauty on the inside and liking themselves. That’s one thing i absolutely can’t stand with all the movies these days is they make the popular girls out to be someone that they’re not when in turn all of these people are fighting their own inner battles with themselves. 

Be Proud to be who you are with all your heart, 

be proud to be an alien, hippie gypsy, dress how you please and respect yourself, express yourself beautifully and true. Don’t hide your true colors of enjoyment because others are suffering within theirs. 

Dare to be different and a horse of a different color, for who wants to be the same anyway? life would get so boring if we all did the same things, talked the same way and dressed in uniform with one another,

If everything is projection and metaphor
 Your style would be your soul and personality expressed within you. Be all the colors of the rainbow and never let anyone dim your soul shine on the world.

Will I continue to have many grandchildren?

What on earth? How am i supposed to know the answer to that? You guys put me on a pedestal, i’m  not the divine source nor god or creationism or pure ‘enlightenment’. I’m just like you, you can ask for advice all you like and i’m happy to oblige but never forget you, yourself are your own divine teacher and guru.  I’m just a girl in college looking for my own peace of mind and hoping to help others like myself who are awakening to the new energies of ascension and spiritual expansion. 

Will you continue to have many grandchildren….maybe, why don’t you consult your own intuition with this one? i’m not an eight ball.

Oh gosh, I am mildly allergic to fruits :( My tongue, throat, and lips start to itch. If some fruits touch my lips and I don't wipe it quick enough, a few bumps form on my lips. It isn't too bad though, I eat fruits anyways because I lovelove them! Who doesnt?! xD I eventually figured out that if I eat fruits and drink something to wash it down, it doesn't get as itchy. &sometimes if I'm lucky it doesn't itch at all, I just make sure I also rinse my mouth afterwards haha I enjoy your blog btw!!

To the anon that experiences misalignment with the breath and the rising and falling of the lung cavity: this can occur when too many electronics/toxins start flooding the nervous system and in particular with ongoing insomnia/or not getting enough rest. Many people who turn towards the energetic side of their awareness who have inner ear problems without knowing it, can also experience extreme nausea, due to the magnification of sensory perception (going beyond the 5 senses). Hello. Sometimes when I do deep breathing and meditations, certain parts of my body will feel numb and tingly. My nose, upper lip, neck, and chin all get this really intense sensation. also my hands. I have taken Reiki 1 but for some reason every time I describe this happening to me, no one can relate. I'm just wondering if it's like a circulation problem or what. lol

The tingling sensation is actually you feeling the energy of your own aura. This happens to me ALL the time lately. It increases when you’re in a more meditative state because you’re breathing is channeling the energy. So you will literally feel it, i always feel it the most within my palms and feet. What is happening is when you move into a more deeper state of awareness your conscious perception is shifting into a higher vibration which causes an amplification of the senses, hence feeling the energy surrounding you. Your body becomes a lot more sensitive to everything around you and it also makes you aware of your body’s own energy field, especially if you’re into reiki i could see your body’s auric becoming more clear and heightened which would just increase this. Also it again is early signs of astral travel/projection :)

I have had certain states where my body will feel like it is moving energetically forwards and backwards on the inside. Usually while sitting, leaned back in a chair. It's hard to describe. Not really a pleasant feeling. It bring a sense of nausea, if you will. Also, not aligned with my breathing.

hmm, this sounds like a shifting as well. The nausea, dizzy and disoriented feeling is caused from being ungrounded. Grounding is crucial these days because it’s like even if we don’t want to our bodies are going for a energy ride all the time lately because we’re moving deeply in flux from 3d to 4d to 5d. I feel like i’m writing in circles but it’s good to know we’re not alone, we’re all experiencing this very huge shift.

So work on grounding techniques and see if that helps any

Hello again, thank you for the encouragement, I really do appreciate it. However, I am still working on this one thing, My moods goes from high to low, and its very annoying. I just want to be happy and confident all day long, but its like im tired one minute, I have energy the next, than its down than up. Than I have the negative thoughts, and I constinely think about lust. I dont want it, but I keep thinking about it. Idk one minute im okay, the next minute i feel like im going crazy. help!

yeah lately the energy has just been quite insane, you aren’t alone with these moments like i previously just said this week has been an integration week of healing and releasing. A lot of old energy coming up to the surface, not just from this life but past lives as well, feeling like you’re rolling back and forth between ego and soul thinking, it’s the flux of energy moving from 3d to 4d to 5d and back again. Crying out of nowhere for no reason, feeling exhausted and then bound with so much energy you don’t know what to do with yourself, anxieties, restlessness, diet changes in food, sleeping forever, then waking up in the middle of the night, feeling like a battery drained one minute during the middle of the day even and then bursting with energy,  etc. etc. this is all part of the symptoms of energy shifts and we’re definitely going through one right now. 

The only thing i can suggest is try to stay positive and in the now, in the present moment. Meditate if you’re feeling stressed out and exhausted. listen to what your body tells you, if you need rest, rest if you have negative thoughts ask yourself why? what is causing them from inside of you that they are starting to consume? Our bodies are going through a lot of chemical changes, our chakras are connected to our hormones and our nervous system. So when you are being bombarded with new energy there’s a lot of excess energy going on that needs to be worked on, healed and cleared to make way for the present better crystalline energy through the integration. It’s funny you mention constantly thinking about lust because one week i swear it was like i was horny 24/7 lol so i bet it’s just part of the chemical changes are bodies are going through.

It’s best to just ride the wave, rather than fight the current

Tomorrow's Blue Moon

Have had headaches for the past couple of weeks, some migraines, that I used to have when I was younger but not in a very long time.  A friend who is a spiritual healer called me today to let me know tomorrow we may feel something big.  Any idea’s?  Whatever it is I hope it releases the throbbing in my head.  (Tomorrow is also the day my father shed his human flesh 15 years ago, as we all know is the same day Princess Di also passed).  So, it is usually already a hard day for me.  I am hoping to meditate as much as possible and just be still, who knows, maybe my dad will send me a message!

I’ve been having a rough week as well it seems like a lot of old patterns and past issues coming to the surface to be cleared. The headaches are your bodies way of releasing energy. I’m curious what the blue moon in pisces is going to bring, full moon brings in high energy. it’s where the energy is at it’s peak, good for ritual magick, setting goals and intentions, bringing ideas into life etc.   i keep continuously hearing that september is supposed to be BIG and that there will be multiple new shifts and knowledge to access but everything is really up in the air right now. A lot of people have been feeling the anxieties as if something is coming and well i’m sure we’re all onto something….

I think during this week as well we’ve also been going through a huge intergration shift where we are doing some serious releasing, emotional rollercoaster, outbursts, crying at the drop of a hat, being blissful, then really depressed, rolling with the new energies basically.

Not a question: You had a question about weird allergies to fruit and vegetables. Look up Oral Allergy Syndrome. It's rare and on set usually starts with teenagers, though I started it during my last year of my degree--I assume from stress. I get non-deadly reactions from seemingly random fruits, vegetables, and even some nuts.

Hello, I have an interesting thing that happens to me sometimes when I'm relaxing or meditating. I feel my body rise and fall as it would when normally breathing, but the rising and falling sensation isn't aligned with my breath. I don't know if that made sense, but do you know of any possible explanations for this? Thanks!

it sounds like you’re experiencing a minor version of astral projection without realizing it. When our mind is in a very relaxed meditative state our brain waves change patterns and enter into alpha waves. the body rising and falling effect would be caused by the tranquil mind state you’re in and the perceptional shift in consciousness when in a deep relaxed trance-like state of mind. I’m not sure why it isn’t aligned with your breath though, that’s very strange. Maybe you should practice breathing exercises such as square breathing? It could be your body’s natural reaction to this state of mind and how it wants you to link with your breath. It could signify some type of imbalance too. It could also mean that if you are experiencing astral projection on accident your breathing wouldn’t necessarily matter because you are traveling out of body, rising and falling back in and out through your multidimensionality soul. Of course the breath matters in general but if your soul is rising from your body, this would be like the beginning stages of astral travel where the physical body doesn’t matter because your consciousness is going for a ride. 

Very intriguing, anyone else know anything like this?

Hello my sister and I both have a minor allergic reaction to many fruits and vegetables, she also gets indigestion. I was just wondering if you had any recommendations on maybe how to lessen the effects? I still eat them but my sister can't since it is worse for her. Not sure if it could be related to anything in particular or if it really is as simple as an allergy.

Interesting!  This could be caused by a few different things, it could be the fruits and vegetables aren’t organic they have chemicals perservatives. You have to be careful about everything, like one time we bought a bag of apples and i didn’t realize it said there was a special wax layered on each to preserve ‘freshness and quality’. they tasted awful. If you do eat organic and you still have a problem, it could be that your are very sensitive to the acidic quality in fruits which produces the indigestion or your body’s chemical makeup causes an allergen when eating these things.

Usually fruits and vegetables are perhaps the best thing that you could eat so i’m really thrown for a loop here. Vegetables are good for the heart especially lots of greens. fruits carry a lot of natural vitamins that the body needs and anything that is grown from the earth is very good for the body because it’s sun food basically. So i’m curious what this could actually be…I know people who are allergic to both blueberries and strawberries so it’s possible that minor allergic reaction could happen.

There’s a secret herb that is excellent for indigestion and that is ginger root. It works wonders, you can usually get it at any health food place or even a simple grocery store which is bound to have ginger tea  or ginger root supplement for you. I love the tazo tea Rest and calm, both are good for relaxation but Rest has ginger root in it as well :)

Another one is  peppermint which is very soothing for a troubled stomach. 

Also make sure to drink plenty of water because water is the ultimate detox, it helps rid your body of unwanted toxins and helps regulate the body by cleansing your bloodstream. Water is the healing element

Stressing over physical features and looks

hey. what type of advice do u have for someone who is stressing over there physical features and are unhappy with their looks. im 20 years old and have a receeding hairline and am balding. its really having a negative effect on me…

As i wrote before the most important thing you can do for yourself is to love yourself with all your faults. Accept the fact that NO ONE is perfect and to be envious of another human being whether they be celebrity, supermodel, musician or even a close good looking friend is to limit yourself from your own internal reality that is YOU.

No one is good at everything we all have our own strengths and our own weaknesses but  that’s what makes us special, if everyone were the same wouldn’t life get dreadfully boring? see when i was young i had horribly frizzy hair naturally curly, glasses, braces and i absolutely hated it, i tried everything to fix this, i bought straighteners, i had to get contacts as soon as i was old enough and well my braces just kinda sucked and there was nothing i could do lol but you see i tried to fit in, i tried to be normal, all the girls in my school had straight hair and i was envious of them, we ALL do this. We look to others trying to be them, we create idols and worship them, we do this with celebrities, we do this with best friends, we do this with classmates and workmates instead of realizing we live our own story.  you have to accept yourself for who you are. I remember one time I dyed my hair blonde so this guy would like me, because he said i would look good as a blonde. See we’ve ALL done it. he turned out to be such a jerk too but you see I was trying to be someone i’m not, i changed myself for him and honestly i was in a very miserable time of my life, that gave me some immense growth.  now i’m with someone who loves me for who i am and i couldn’t be happier :) 


but you see my point here is you can keep trying to change yourself to fit into society, buy a wig to make yourself feel better or try numerous hair care products to fix this or you can just say FUCK it. I am me and i just have to accept that and love myself for who i am with all my faults, with my receeding hairline, with my balding nature, with all my blemishes, with all my curves, with my crooked teeth, etc. 

You know buddha was a kickass bald guy who has some of the best spiritual practices and wisdom. iI t’s actually been said that when you shave your hair you’ll feel the energy even tingling all the way up your skull. It helps the crown chakra. There’s a lot of cool bald guys out there, what is so special about hair anyway? It’s just a external thing, what matters is what’s inside anyway. 

  1. Love yourself: The most important thing EVER and i say this from the bottom of my heart.  love yourself with all your faults, all your judgments, all your fears, all your weaknesses, all your strengths, love your curves, love your body, Take gratitude for who you are and that you are unique in a very complex world

7 Easy Ways to Enhance Your Meditation Practice → mindbodygreen.com

If you are just starting out, or even if you have been practicing for several years, here are some easy tips on how to enhance your meditationpractice:

 

  • 1. Prepare the body. Hatha yoga was designed to ready the physical body and mind for meditation. Even if I can’t spend an hour on asana beforehand, I make sure to focus on a few gentle poses before sitting for meditation. If your body is restless and uneasy, it can be an unwelcome distraction. Sometimes the body is uncomfortable, and it can be a challenge to stay centered and motionless. Be easy on yourself. If you find that your body is uncomfortable during the session, try an alternative position such as half lotus or even lying down. Leave the session until a later time in the day if you need to!

 

  • 2. Create a space. Make sure to set aside a space. Some people have elaborate altars (impossible with a 22-month old in my home!), and some have a special corner of a room set aside just for their practice. Even if you only have a small space in your home, clear it of clutter and decorate it with images that inspire you. These will be the last things you see before you close your eyes to focus. Make them meaningful! If you are like me and do not have a room set aside, find a rug or cushion and use it exclusively for meditation in the same location. If you have objects that are treated with reverence and are associated with a relaxed and peaceful state, they can trigger the mind and body for stillness. So, keep them near.

 

  • 3. Set your intentions. Once you are seated, take a moment to visualize. Simply taking a few deep breaths and setting your goals for the session is a wonderful start. Concentrating your thoughts into cohesive intentions really assists in helping manifest your desired results. If you can see it, you can do it!

 

  • 4. Consider using a mala. Many people enjoy using a mala, or a set of 108 strung beads, to count their mantra. The feel of something physical in your hands while chanting a mantra assists in focusing the mind and is something tangible that can keep you grounded. Eventually, you may like to let go of using the mala during your meditation. Personally, I find that I like to begin with a mala, and once I finish a complete mala, I just hold it in my hands and let my mantra flow on its own.

 

  • 5. Let go. Let go of what you think meditation is. Each and every time, expect something new. Better yet, expect nothing. Do not try to replicate the feeling of what happened during your last session. Expectations can cause us to get stuck in the past and to miss the truth of the moment. Each day is a different day full of new challenges. Let your meditation take you where it needs to. Don’t chase anything. Just watch what unfolds, and you may find new interesting subtleties in your practice, and in your life.

 

  • 6. Be kind to yourself. I can’t say this enough! Each of us is on our own path. Have compassion for yourself as well as others. One day you may feel an incredible energy and focus, and the next day the mind is dull and uninspired. You may feel like your practice is making little headway as your mind chatters and your legs tingle from sitting. On those days, make sure to remind yourself to take extra care, to laugh, to see this new challenge as more of a reminder that you are human than a gauge of the success of your practice. Each little step is a part of your personal journey. There is no one to compare to or to become. There is just the You that is.

 

  • 7. Don’t leave it on your cushion. Don’t think of your meditation practice just as something to be done for an allotted time. Take your practice with you! When you feel like you are finished with your meditation session, try not to stand up immediately or move the body. Take a moment. Slowly open your eyes. See the world anew, and fully experience the benefits of what you have just done. Enjoy the moment, and be sure to carry the feeling with you into your next task of the day.

Balancing your heart and mind, fantasy with logic

So, in a nutshell, we must learn to ultimately love ourselves before searching for our twin flame?

Well yes it is ultimately about loving yourself first but not so you can search persay, when you learn to love yourself (opening up your heart chakra) you don’t need to go searching for it anymore, It finds you. :)

I’m glad it helped! It is hard to be a pisces in this world because of the imbalance of energy, it’s very easy for us to become ungrounded and unstable on the earth plane. We’re more right-brained, fantasy, otherworldly, dreamy, intuitive, closer to the spiritual realms, watery creatures and it’s hard to balance that within the logical, mathematical, analytical, world we live in, i work at this every day. I have to work on grounding techniques a lot and my root chakra can get out of balance easy if i’m not careful, which results my anxiety issues.  I can get lost pretty easy, if you know what i mean? It’s easier to balance heart and mind by  being present in the moment instead of focusing on the past or future but it takes discipline, you really have to train your mind to realign in a new way of thinking to give you that sense of balance between the masculine energy(mind) and the feminine energy(heart) but it is everything! So it does take work to get yourself there, balanced and centered, i’m doing hatha yoga now so hopefully this will help me out.   thanks for asking

Meditation 101

Would you please make post about meditation specifically for beginners? Since that is practically the key to starting it all. Perhaps list some steps and in-depth explaining, sort of like a ‘meditating for dummies’ thing. Show how to begin and what to do, some tips to calm the mind, etc. Pretty please? <3

Meditation and chakra work you should use and remember like the back of your hand. 

Okay this is going to be a long one but hopefully it will help. 

the trick is to clear your mind, completely. Meditation brings you to your own inner peace and calm serenity, everyone should meditate at least once a day  to help keep the body, mind and soul in balance. It really helps. 

There are many methods of meditation, you want to find the one that works right for you. Some like music in the background, guided meditations which you can find tons on youtube, doing hatha yoga and settling into a meditative state, lying down and just relaxing is a great meditation, herbal teas are a great way to bring you into a very calm and soothing state of mind, focusing on breathing techniques, square breathing or simply deep breaths feeling the air rising and falling from your chest, etc. 

The trick to meditation is that you are clearing your mind tabula rasa, getting rid of all those worries and anxieties that you built up throughout your day and releasing them. The true way to meditate is by releasing all thoughts and staying in the NOW moment, in the present, release. Let go. Flow into your breath, move, get comfy, blankets, hot tea, chill music or silence if you prefer, candles, incense, whatever you feel is best. There is no wrong way to meditate, it’s all within you. 

Eckhart Tolle’s The power of now is an excellent read on how to lose anxieties and fears that disable us from staying present. It’s a beautiful book if you’re interested.  

The main part of meditation is controlling your breathing feeling rather than thinking and pure silence of mind. Personally i like doing it after some nighttime yoga but everyone has their particular preference you can do it anytime, anyday, day or night. There are many techniques out there if you look. The fun part is you use your imagnation to guide you


Meditation 101: 

Meditation may be experienced as free-flowing or structured. The key word, however, is “experienced”.

Focusing on an item may help in the beginning, especially as you learn to shut off the “second brain”. The second brain is that part of our mind that continues to ramble on and on about anything and everything when we are attempting to concentrate. It is also the second brain that discourages people as they begin meditating because they are not able to focus. I attempt to make the second brain part of the background music – I let it ramble itself right out while I hold a specific item in my mind. Sometimes, I shut it in a closet if it is particularly talkative.

The environment is important as well. Meditation is easier if you are not sleepy or have not just eaten. Sit in a comfortable upright position that allows for comfortable deep breathing. I recommend using crystals if you tune into one that helps you focus and journey – one of my favorites is blue kyanite.

Things should be quiet – burn some favorite incense – maybe some soft music. Of course, no environment is completely silent so I spend a few moments integrating the natural noises into background music of a sort so that I am not surprised when a kitty comes in or a car drives by.

Meditation has been described as a tool in which to manipulate thought in an organized manner. It is also a tool to journey to the Inner Planes and connect with yourself, your Guides, the Goddess. However you choose to utilize meditation, it is rewarding. Not only does it assist in the magickal areas but the benefits extend to the mundane realm in that you become more focused and calm. Meditation is a natural stress buster.

Meditation is also the gateway to deeper psychic experiences. It is through this gateway that you learn astral projection, lucid dreaming, creative visualization, and connection with your Spirit Guides, God and the Goddess.  Journey work into Tarot cards and the Tattvas are also achieved through meditative states.

The checklist to remember for a good meditation session is:

  • Calm, comfortable environment
  • Incense and music that are not distracting
  • Good posture
  • Deep and steady breathing
  • Relaxation exercise
  • Idea or symbol that you will focus on
  • Remember – Repeated practice enhances your experiences

I also recommend keeping a meditation journal to record your experiences. Sometimes a symbol or image or word that we receive through meditation does not have a meaning at that moment but will have more meaning in the future. The journal also tracks progress of how deeply you are able to go and where your challenges are.

Step by Step Meditation

A well-trained, stable, and focused mind is an asset in every sphere of life. The practice below will develop your concentration, clarity, and inner stability, by providing a single object as the resting place for your mind’s awareness–the universal mantra soham. Practice daily at about the same time, starting with 10 minutes, and gradually increasing to 20-30 minutes, or longer.

Step 1. Begin by training your body to be still and comfortable in a sitting posture. When the spine is erect with the pelvis, chest, and head vertically aligned, the breath becomes smooth, and the mind alert and relaxed. Sit on a chair, or cross-legged on the floor with a cushion or a folded blanket under the hips. Use enough support to lift the hip joints slightly higher than the knees. This minimizes the effort needed to keep the lower back from rounding.

Step 2. Close your eyes and mentally draw a circle of light around yourself. The circle separates you from the world of daily life–both the outer world of perceptions and activities, and the world of your familiar preoccupations and thinking patterns. With this intention, see yourself sitting inside this circle of light. It delineates a space in which you can contain your awareness; let it protect you from disturbances, distractions, and mental dissipation.

Step 3. Feel the entire body sitting comfortably still, release any unnecessary tension, and pay attention to the movement of the breath. Refine your awareness as you feel the breath become smoother and more subtle, expanding from the solar plexus into the limbs on the inhalation, and releasing back to the solar plexus on the exhalation. Be aware of the touch of the breath everywhere in the body.

Step 4. Making sure the body and breath stay relaxed, focus your attention at each of the following energy centers, moving systematically through the body and inhaling and exhaling once at each point: eyebrow center — throat center — right shoulder — right elbow — right wrist — each of the right fingertips, starting with the thumb — right wrist — right elbow — right shoulder — throat center — left shoulder — left elbow — left wrist — each of the left fingertips, starting with the thumb — left wrist — left elbow — left shoulder — throat center — heart center — navel center — center of the pelvis — pelvic floor — center of the pelvis — navel center — heart center — throat center — eyebrow center.

Step 5. Now rest your attention at the eyebrow center. Feel the ebb and flow of the breath through the inner space of the whole body, while maintaining your focus on the eyebrow center. Sense the vibration of a slow wave of breath. This vibration is the mantra soham (pronounced so-hum). Hear the sound so on the inhale, and the sound ham on the exhale. The breath is subtle and slow, so let your concentration be fine and sensitive, becoming more and more one-pointed, and gradually drawing deeper into the mind. Rest in this awareness as long as you like.

To finish the practice, gradually return your awareness to the flow of the breath in the body, the physical presence of the body, and the space around you. Remain aware of the breath and your inner connection as you release the body from your sitting posture. You may want to open your eyes into the palms of your hands, massage your face, and stretch your arms and legs before getting up.

Another good technique is working on visualizations: 

  • Imagine that you are lying on a beach, listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Feel the soft caress of the gentle breeze and the warmth of the sunshine on your body. Feel the ebb and flow of the sea flowing through your body and float away….



  • Visualize a current of water gently flowing over your body, cleansing your mind and body of all tensions and impurities. Imagine the cleansing that occurs as the  refreshing water flows over your neck, across your shoulders, arms chest and then continues to flow down the length of your spin, over your abdomen and torso, across your buttocks, thighs legs and feet. As the water flowers, your body and mind become flexible and fluid. Life is movement; the more fluid you are, the more alive you feel.

  • Focus on your breathe:follow it from the entrance of your nostrils, down the back of your throat and into your lungs. draw the breath into the deepest part of your lungs, completely filling them with renewed oxygen. Feel the abdomen rise as the lungs fill, notice how the abdomen and chest can expand and lift. Now follow the path of breath back together and the chest settles as the breath flows back out of your body emptying the lungs completely. Let go…..
