What is your real view on self love or masturbation? Does it really lower your vibrational level because it is wasted energy that is not shared/used on someone who you care about and love? Please explain if you wish.Well first self love is top on the list for ascension, you need to love yourself will all your faults and limitations to help awaken your heart chakra and let the energy flow freely. Self love is absolutely beautiful, never of lower vibrations. You must love yourself because you are YOU, infinite soul radiating love to yourself so that love can be reflected outward and bring that love back to you. always love yourself <3
